History

A Clavinet is an electrophonic keyboard instrument manufactured by the Hohner company. It is essentially an electronically amplified clavichord, analogous to an electric guitar. Its distinctive bright staccato sound has appeared particularly in funk, disco, rock, and reggae songs.

Sound Control

Just like the original Clavinet, Model-C has four different pickup modes for changing your electronic piano’s tone on-the-fly. Choose between the classic Clavinet C “superstitious” funk and more mellow tones.

Realistic Noises

Model-C has individual controls for adjusting actual hammer-on mechanical noises of the original. Turn it up or down to adjust these subtle characteristics.

Ableton Live Pack, Kontakt and Logic Instruments

Model-C has been specially programmed to take advantage of Ableton Live Racks, Kontakt KSP interfaces and Logic channel strips. Each version comes with a customized user interface for easy edit controls and parameter adjustment.
