Return Policy
Digital Products
Our return policy lasts 14 days on digital products that have not been downloaded and 48 hours on products that have been downloaded. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you have downloaded the product in the past 48 hours and are still within 14 days since purchase, we can offer you a full refund or exchange of equal value if you are not satisfied.

Hardware Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on hardware within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original packaging and in like-new condition. If it’s been used or shows cosmetic wear, it’s no longer “brand new” to us — and we’ll need to resell it as an open box item. In these cases, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend using UPS, FedEx, or DHL with tracking and insurance. However, if there’s a mechanical issue with your unit, we’ll gladly cover the return shipping and, if possible, send you a replacement as soon as we receive tracking info for your return.
We totally understand that in this day and age, returning stuff is common — but we’re a small boutique shop, not a big-box store. We simply can’t afford to let everyone “try before they buy.” So before purchasing, please make sure to watch the demos and get familiar with what LAPS can and can’t do. We want you to feel good about your purchase from the start!
