Downloads

Plugins, sound packs and bundles are delivered right away. The order email has a download link that signs you in for 30 days, and everything you've bought is always in My downloads at downloads.puremagnetik.com: sign in with your order email and we'll send you a one-time code.

Hardware

Shipping is free on all hardware within the US. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Our pedals are built in small batches. An in-stock pedal ships within 2–5 business days. When a pedal is between batches you can order it on backorder; the product page shows the estimated ship date, and your order ships as soon as the batch is ready. You'll get tracking by email when it leaves the shop.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or VAT when they arrive. The amount depends on your country and is paid by the buyer. If we send you a repair or replacement and you're charged customs again, tell us and we'll help sort it out.
